menurut satu kajian terkini,dengan memandang gambar kek dan makanan manisan lain yang menggoda'boleh menolong golongan perempuan makan dengan cara sihat.kajian ini telah menemui bahawa gambar makanan manis sebenarnya boleh membantu menguatkan keazaman golongan perempuan untuk makan dengan lebih baik.pakar psikologi,profesor floor kroese
telah melakukan kajian kepada 54 pelajar perempuan dan meminta sebahagian daripada mereka melihat gambar kek coklat dan sebahagian lagi melihat gambar bunga.kedua-dua kelompok ini telah diajukan soalan tentang jadual pemakanan mereka dan kemudian ditawarkan pilihan makanan ringan antara sepotong coklat atau kuih oatmeal.perempuan daripada kelompok pertama iaitu kumpulan yang melihat gambar kek meletakkan makanan sihat sebagai prioriti mereka.malah mereka juga memilih kuih oatmeal sebagai makanan ringan.manakala kelompok kedua pula membuat pilihan yang bertentangan.menerusi kajian ini,profesor kroese menegaskan bahawa,"godaan makanan bukanlah disebabkan oleh godaan nafsu semata-mata.sebaliknya,dengan melihat godaan makanan ia boleh mengingatkan individu akan tujuan mereka untuk mengawal berat badan ,dan membantu mereka bertindak bersesuaian mengikut keadaan."prof kroese menyarankan agar individu yang berusaha untuk mengurangkan berat badan perlu mencuba untuk menampal gambar makanan tidak sihat pada pintu peti sejuk bagi menghentikan tabiat mereka yang gemar menikmati makanan secara tidak sihat.

telah melakukan kajian kepada 54 pelajar perempuan dan meminta sebahagian daripada mereka melihat gambar kek coklat dan sebahagian lagi melihat gambar bunga.kedua-dua kelompok ini telah diajukan soalan tentang jadual pemakanan mereka dan kemudian ditawarkan pilihan makanan ringan antara sepotong coklat atau kuih oatmeal.perempuan daripada kelompok pertama iaitu kumpulan yang melihat gambar kek meletakkan makanan sihat sebagai prioriti mereka.malah mereka juga memilih kuih oatmeal sebagai makanan ringan.manakala kelompok kedua pula membuat pilihan yang bertentangan.menerusi kajian ini,profesor kroese menegaskan bahawa,"godaan makanan bukanlah disebabkan oleh godaan nafsu semata-mata.sebaliknya,dengan melihat godaan makanan ia boleh mengingatkan individu akan tujuan mereka untuk mengawal berat badan ,dan membantu mereka bertindak bersesuaian mengikut keadaan."prof kroese menyarankan agar individu yang berusaha untuk mengurangkan berat badan perlu mencuba untuk menampal gambar makanan tidak sihat pada pintu peti sejuk bagi menghentikan tabiat mereka yang gemar menikmati makanan secara tidak sihat.

- perlu rajin mencuba untuk mendapatkan pelbagai rasa.

menurut satu kajian terkini,dengan memandang gambar kek dan makanan manisan lain yang menggoda'boleh menolong golongan perempuan makan dengan cara sihat.kajian ini telah menemui bahawa gambar makanan manis sebenarnya boleh membantu menguatkan keazaman golongan perempuan untuk makan dengan lebih baik.pakar psikologi,profesor floor kroese
telah melakukan kajian kepada 54 pelajar perempuan dan meminta sebahagian daripada mereka melihat gambar kek coklat dan sebahagian lagi melihat gambar bunga.kedua-dua kelompok ini telah diajukan soalan tentang jadual pemakanan mereka dan kemudian ditawarkan pilihan makanan ringan antara sepotong coklat atau kuih oatmeal.perempuan daripada kelompok pertama iaitu kumpulan yang melihat gambar kek meletakkan makanan sihat sebagai prioriti mereka.malah mereka juga memilih kuih oatmeal sebagai makanan ringan.manakala kelompok kedua pula membuat pilihan yang bertentangan.menerusi kajian ini,profesor kroese menegaskan bahawa,"godaan makanan bukanlah disebabkan oleh godaan nafsu semata-mata.sebaliknya,dengan melihat godaan makanan ia boleh mengingatkan individu akan tujuan mereka untuk mengawal berat badan ,dan membantu mereka bertindak bersesuaian mengikut keadaan."prof kroese menyarankan agar individu yang berusaha untuk mengurangkan berat badan perlu mencuba untuk menampal gambar makanan tidak sihat pada pintu peti sejuk bagi menghentikan tabiat mereka yang gemar menikmati makanan secara tidak sihat.

tip n trik membuat cupcake
- perlu rajin mencuba untuk mendapatkan pelbagai rasa.
- harus ada minat agar dapat menghasilkan kek yang baik dan sempurna rasanya.
- sentiasa berani untuk variasikan perasa kek misalnya kek coklat ,strawberi dan lain-lain.
- pastikan sukatan serta resipinya tepat dan betul.
- hiasan tidak perlu terlalu sarat kerana itu secara tidak langsung akan merosakkan rasa semula jadi kek.
langkah-langkah membuat cupcake
- masukkan gula,buter, tepung dan baking powder kemudian pukul.
- pecahkan telur ke dalam bahan adunan
- masukkan chocolate rice
- setelah siap masukkan dalam cupcake dan bakar
- campurkan pewarna untuk bancuan ising
- akhir sekali,hias dengan ising
